Smoky and sweet ribs are a must at any BBQ, but why not try amping up the flavor with a bit of cayenne and chili?

  • 1 rack of ribs
  • ½ cup of dark brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of cayenne
  • 1 teaspoon of chili pepper
  • ½ teaspoon of seasoning salt
  • ½ teaspoons of pepper
  • Barbeque sauce, to serve

In a large pot of boiling water, add the brown sugar, paprika, cayenne, chili pepper, salt and pepper with the ribs. Reduce the heat and let the ribs simmer for 20 minutes. In the meantime, preheat the grill to low. Then, smother the ribs in BBQ sauce, add to the grill and smoke for 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
