  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 2 C. Rotini noodles
  • 2 C. beef broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp. paprika
  • 1 C. mozzarella
  • 1 onion
  • 1 T. chili powder

In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown ground beef for about 10 minutes then add garlic and chopped onion and sauté. Add the beef broth, paprika and chili powder to the skillet and stir.
Add the pasta to the skillet then cover, reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour pasta into a casserole dish and put cheese on top, cook on 400 degrees F for about 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
