  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • 8 bell peppers, de-pitted
  • 1 can of tomato sauce
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 cup of rice, cooked
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
  • Dill, to garnish
  • Green onion, to garnish

As the oven preheats to 350 degrees, cut off the top of the stuff peppers and de-seed them. Mix together ground beef, tomato sauce, onion, rice, tomato paste, garlic, oregano, and red pepper, then stuff the mixture into the bell peppers. Closely arrange the peppers on a baking tray and cook for one and a half hours. Once finished, garnish with dill and green onion. Serve and enjoy!
