Everyone adds plain old butter to corn on the cob. So add some spicy chili pepper and bitter cilantro and give this classic a new twist.

  • 1 pound of corn on the cob, shucked
  • 1 red chili, chopped
  • ½ cup of salted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh cilantro, chopped

Over a medium-high fire, grill the corn for 10 minutes while making sure to turn frequently. Remove from the grill and set aside. In a small bowl, mix together the chili, melted butter and cilantro together until well combined. Brush the butter mixture over the corn, sprinkle with lime juice and serve. Enjoy!
