  • 2 cans of creamed corn
  • 1 cup of cream cheese, melted
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • ½ cup of sharp cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup of jalapenos, chopped
  • ¼ cup of onion, chopped
  • ¼ cup of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of butter, melted
  • ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon of paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

As the oven preheats to 350 degrees, mix together the corn, cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, jalapenos, onion, milk, melted butter, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Stir the corn mixture until well combined then pour into several small oven-safe containers. Let the casserole bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve as a side dish and enjoy.
