  • 1 head kale, washed and dried in a salad spinner
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1Tbs. chili powder
  • Sea salt, for sprinkling
  • 1/2 C. jalapeno, chopped (optional)

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.

Remove the ribs from the kale and cut into 1-inch chips. Lay on a baking sheet and toss with the olive oil, salt, chili powder, and jalapeno. Bake until crisp, turning halfway through, about 15 minutes.
