  • 4 Tilapia fillets
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 Tbs red pepper flakes
  • 1 Tbs melted butter
  • 1 tsp. oregano

1. Rinse and cut the Tilapia fillets. Put into a large baking pan and preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. 

2. Squeeze the lime juice over the rinsed Tilapia. Add the oregano and red pepper flakes on top. Drizzle the melted butter on top. 

3. Bake for about 30 minutes or when the fish is white and flakey.
