Whether it’s as a rice bowl topping, taco fillings, or as sloppy sliders, pulled pork is the way to go. This pork has a nice kick to it that will leave you coming back for one bite after another.

  • 5 lbs. of boneless pork shoulder
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 3 red chili peppers
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • ¼ cup of white vinegar
  • ¼ cup of ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
  • 1 handful of cilantro
  • salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
Blend garlic, chili peppers, onion, vinegar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar together. Coat the pork in the mixture, then wrap in foil and place into a baking dish. Pour the rest of the blended mixture over the pork.
Sprinkle with cilantro and bake for 4 hours.
Let cool, then shred. Serve with buns as sliders or even with a side of rice or as taco fillings. Enjoy!
