This is one is not only a crowd pleaser, but easier to make than you might think! All you need is the seafood, seasonings and the biggest pot you can find. In less than an hour, you will be chowing down on this smoky and spicy goodness.

  • 1 pound of crab legs
  • 1 pound of prawns
  • 1 pound of shrimp
  • 1 pound of lobster tails
  • 1 rope of smoked andouille sausage
  • 1 pound of red potatoes
  • 4 ears of corn, halved
  • 3 bay leaves
  • ½ tablespoon of celery salt
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of cayenne
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of ground mustard
  • 1 teaspoon of allspice
  • ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon of nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon of ginger
  • 1 fresh lemon, juiced

Boil at least 5 quarts of water with potatoes, corn and all the seasonings for 30 minutes. Bring heat down to medium and put in the crab legs, prawns, shrimp, lobster tails, sausage, and corn. Allow the seafood to cook for 5 to 7 minutes and serve with a side of melted butter.
