  • 8 slices of pineapple
  • ¼ cup of rum
  • ¼ cup of brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

Preheat grill to medium heat.
Stir rum, brown sugar, maple syrup and cinnamon together in a bowl. Brush each pineapple slice with the mixture, then place on a grill prepped with cooking spray. Cook each side for 4 minutes.
Cool slightly before serving so no one burns a tongue! You can also chill them in the fridge or freezer and serve them cold. Enjoy!
