Steak rolls might sound like a strange concept to some, but they actually taste exquisite. We decided to stuff our steak rolls with sweet potato fries in this quick and easy recipe.

  • 3 Tbs. Worcestershire steak
  • 1 Tbs. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 lb. flank steaks
  • Sweet Potato Fries:
  • 3 large sweet potatoes, cut into fries
  • 2 tsp. oil
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt

Preheat oven at 350 degrees F. Cut steak into thin 3-inch slices. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl. Seasons steak with mix. Let it marinade for at least 3 hours. Toss all potato ingredients in a separate bowl and mix well. Roll steaks with potatoes. Place steak rolls in baking dish and cook in oven for 75 to 80 minutes.
