  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 1 T. butter, melted
  • 2 T. sugar
  • 1 T. cinnamon
  • ΒΌ C. honey
  • 2 T. warm water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Roll out your puff pastry sheet, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar evenly across it. Roll each end of pastry towards the center. Slice the roll into 1 inch palmiers (they should resemble flattened hearts). Place along a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, sprinkle with remaining cinnamon sugar, and bake for 25 minutes until golden brown. In a small bowl, mix together honey and warm water. Brush warm palmiers with honey mixture and serve.
