  • 4 lg. carrots
  • 1 sm. can tuna, grated
  • 1 slice bread, soaked in water and squeezed dry
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • 1/4 garlic clove, chopped
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1 C. tomato sauce

Scrape carrots and cut into halves lengthwise. Scoop out center of carrot halves. Mix together tuna, bread, parsley and garlic and fill in carrots with mixture. Place carrots in baking dish, sprinkle with olive oil and pour sauce over carrots. Cover baking dish and bake in oven at 35 minutes.
