No recipe is as easy as a good old fashioned stir-fry. This one pot wonder features fresh summer veggies with wonderful Asian flavors. Not only is the actual cooking easy, but it takes just a few minutes to have your kitchen completely clean again!

  • 1 lbs Beef, cut into strips
  • 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 cup Mushrooms
  • 1 cup Broccoli
  • 2 Red bell pepper
  • 2 Orange bell peppers
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for pan

Chop all of your vegetables and mince the garlic.
Put enough olive oil in your pan or wok to coat the bottom.
Cook the beef over medium heat until it’s almost done and then set aside in a bowl.
Cook all the vegetables in the same pot over medium heat, pour in the teriyaki sauce and cook for a few more minutes.
Then put in the meat back in, mix everything up and take of the heat.
Serve with rice.
