In a bowl, mix your masa harina and hot water (100 F) until thoroughly combined.

Then, place your dough onto a clean surface and knead it until pliable and smooth.Then, cover your dough tightly with plastic wrap and allow it to stand for 30 minutes.

Turn a burner to medium heat and warm olive oil over it in a medium skillet.
Divide dough into 15 balls and, using a rolling pin press each ball of dough flat.

Right after flattening, place your tortilla into the heated pan and allow to cook for approximately 30 seconds on each side. Once cooked, transfer to a place and repeat the process with each ball of dough.
