  • 1 cup of red onion slices
  • 1 cup of chopped carrots
  • 1 cup of broccoli florets
  • 1 cup of sliced bell peppers
  • ½ cup of snap peas
  • 5 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of ponzu
  • 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper

In a deep skillet or stir frying pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Stir fry garlic, onion and carrots first. After a couple minutes, add broccoli, bell peppers, and snap peas and stir fry for 5 minutes until vegetables are crispy. Add sugar, ponzu sauce and some salt and pepper and thoroughly stir fry to evenly coat everything, then remove from heat.
Serve over fried rice or chilled rice noodles.
