Baked chicken can be pretty boring and basic at times and in order to up the 'glam' quotient of the recipe, one can turn it into caramelized baked chicken, which is essentially roast chicken with a sticky coating. The caramelized coating is sweet with a slight tinge of tanginess from the ketchup. If you wish to make it even tangier then you can add a spritz of lemon. The recipe is very easy to prepare, once the sauce is ready it doesn't take long before the chicken is done too!

Now put the chicken into the oven and bake for an hour. The sauce should caramelize and form a golden glaze on the chicken.
