  • 8 Apples, peeled, cored and sliced
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Nutmeg
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Vanilla
  • 1½ cup Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Butter, softened
  • 1½ cup Biscuit Baking Mix, divided in half
  • ⅓ cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon
  • 3 Tbsp Cold Butter
  • Non-stick Cooking Spray

Spray crockpot with cook spray.
Mix cinnamon, apples, and nutmeg in a bowl for 2 minutes.
Place apple mixture in crockpot.
Mix eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar, softened butter, and half of the baking mix until all ingredients are combined
Pour egg mixture over apples.
Combine brown sugar, remaining baking mix, and cold butter in a separate bowl.
Pour brown sugar mix into crockpot.
Cover and cook for 6 hours.
