  • 1 1/2 C. All Whites
  • 1 Tbs. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 C. oatmeal, dry
  • 3 scoops Iso-100
  • 1/2 C. low-carb baking mix

Mash pre-baked sweet potato. Blend all ingredients together into batter. Pour into non-stuck muffin pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
