  • 8 oz. top sirloin, broiled and cut into strips
  • 1/4 C. tangerine juice
  • 1 T. soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 C. beef broth, divided
  • 2 C. broccoli florets
  • 1/3 C. green onion, sliced
  • 4 C. Napa cabbage, sliced
  • 3 tangerines, peeled and segmented
  • 1 pkg. stir-fry noodles

Place well-broiled steak into a shallow dish. In a small bowl, combine tangerine juice, soy sauce, and garlic. Drizzle over steak and toss to coat. Let stand for 10 minutes. Heat three tablespoons of broth in a large skillet or wok. Add broccoli and sauté for three minutes. Remove from skillet and add two more tablespoons of broth. Add onion and cabbage, stir-frying for two minutes. Remove from skillet and add remaining broth. Stir in tangerine slices and sauté until browned. Add meat with its marinade to the skillet. Return all vegetables to skillet, cover, and cook let heat until ready to serve. Prepare noodles according to box directions and combine with beef mixture.
