  • 2 Tbs. white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 small shallot, minced
  • 1 Tbs. chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 hearts romaine, thinly sliced
  • 1 bunch of asparagus, 1/2 chopped, 1/2 shaved
  • 3 oz. fresh goat cheese
  • 1/4 C. toasted hazelnuts
  • 3 chicken breasts, cooked and sliced
