  • 4 C rhubarb, chopped
  • 3/4 C sugar
  • 3 Tbs. all-purpose flour
  • 2 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. grated lemon peel
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Preheat oven according to pie crust instructions.

In a large bowl, combine rhubarb, sugar, flour, lemon juice, lemon peel and cinnamon.
