  • 3/4 lb. shrimp, large, peeled and de-veined
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 Tbs. butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp. parsley, chopped

Heat the oil in a skillet. Add the shrimp and cook until just starting to turn pink. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add the butter and stir until melted. Add the parsley and seasoning. Serve immediately.
