  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1/4 C. chopped green pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 8 oz. uncooked ribbon-cut pasta, cooked and drained
  • 1 C. kidney beans, rinsed
  • 1/2 C. frozen corn, thawed

Use a large skillet to cook the ground beef over medium heat. Cook until the meat is no longer pink and then drain. Stir in the taco seasoning, tomato sauce, green pepper, garlic powder, and oregano. Bring the ingredients to a boil and then remove from the heat. When these ingredients are cooking, take out a bowl and thoroughly mix together the pasta, beans, and corn. Pour this mixture into a greased two-quart casserole dish. Top with beef mixture and then bake uncovered for about 30 minutes at 350 degrees F, which is around how long it should take for the casserole to be heated through. Serve.
