  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 C. milk
  • 1 C. frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb. frozen tater tots

Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease the inside of a small casserole dish. In a large skillet, combine the beef and onions. Cook over medium heat until meat has browned. Transfer to your prepared casserole dish. In a small bowl, whisk together soup and milk. Pour on top of the meat mixture, and cover with vegetables. Sprinkle with cheese. Arrange the tater tots over top of the entire casserole. Bake for 45 minutes, or until tater tots are golden brown.
