  • 1/4 C. butter, softened
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic and herb seasoning blend
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 lb. turkey breast, with skin

Preheat your oven to 350°F. In a medium bow, combine butter with all seasonings. Use your hands to loosen the skin on the turkey breast and place, skin side up, in a roasting pan. Brush half of the herb-butter mixture all over the turkey and underneath the skin. Use foil to create a loose tent for the turkey. Bake for one hour. Baste with the remaining butter mixture and return to the oven for another 30 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
