  • 4 Boneless Cuts of Pork Chops
  • 2 Teaspoons of Chopped Thyme
  • 2 Sliced Peaches
  • 4 Tablespoons of Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • 2 Teaspoons of Honey
  • 1 Pinch of Salt
  • 1 Pinch of Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil

To begin, coat the bottom of your skillet in the olive oil and heat it over a medium-high heat. Add salt and pepper to both sides of the pork chops and cook them for 3-5 minutes on each side. Then, add in the honey, peaches, balsamic vinaigrette, and thyme to the pan and coat the pork chops with the mixture. Let them cook for another 2-3 minutes on each side and serve them warm!
