Ingredients

  • 2 cups of graham crackers, crushed
  • ¼ cup of sugar
  • ¼ cup of butter, melted
  • ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon of nutmeg
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup of cocoa powder
  • ½ cup of milk
  • ¼ cup of vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 bag of miniature marshmallows

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees while mixing together the crushed graham crackers, sugar, butter, cinnamon, and nutmeg until well blended. Next, press the crust into a cake pan and set aside while preparing the chocolate cake batter.

Blend together the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt in large bowl. In a separate bowl, blend together the egg, milk, oil, and vanilla. Slowly pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and continue to mix. Once well blended, pour batter on top of the graham cracker crust. Bake the cake for 20 minutes, and then line the top of the cake with marshmallows and return to oven for five minutes. Once the marshmallows have toasted, serve and enjoy!
