Nothing quite says summer like popping some skewers on the grill. This marinade works well with any meat, but the arrangement of bitter tomato and bell pepper with sweet pineapple is best suited for steak.

To prepare the marinade, place the steak in a large plastic bag with the whiskey, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, brown sugar, mustard, paprika, oregano, and thyme. Let refrigerate for at least 2 hours. To cook, arrange the skewers by alternating between the steak, cherry tomatoes, pineapples, and bell pepper. Grill for 10 minutes and serve as an amazing appetizer.
