For Sauce:
Combine your soybean paste, crushed garlic, red pepper sauce, salad oil, and water in a small bowl. Mix it until evenly combined and allow it to chill for at least 10 minutes.

For Beef
Cover your beef with a thick coat of olive oil, then sprinkle your sugar evenly on the beef. Allow beef to sit for 10 minutes.

In a separate bowl, mix your soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic. Then, add in your sake and black pepper. You can then put this bowl aside.

Cover your sugared steak with kiwi juice and massage it in. It will work as a tenderizer. Then, pour your soy sauce mixture over it and allow it to marinade for 10 minutes.

Finally, it’s cooking time. It’s ideal if you grill it over smoked wood but just as good in a frying pan or skillet. Cook it until browned, being careful not to overcook.

Finally, prepare your dipping sauce, combine all sauce ingredients and cook over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve on the side.
