Veggie Seafood Salad

Once you taste it, you can't stop eating it with all of those crunchy veggies.

  • 4 lbs. imitation seafood
  • 2 bunches of scallions
  • 6 stalks of celery
  • 1 lb. bag cole slaw
  • 2 C. hellmanns mayonaise
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 Tbs. spoon garlic
  • 2 Tbs. seafood seasoning.

Cut scallions. Slice celery thin. Pour in coleslaw, seafood salad, mayonaise, lemon juice, garlic, and seafood seasoning.  Mix all together. Serve with your favorite crackers.
