  • 1 Cup of Whole Wheat Flour
  • 3 Teaspoons of Baking Powder
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ Cup of Almond Milk
  • ¼ Cup Honey
  • ½ Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
  • 4 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil
  • 2 Teaspoons of Melted Butter
  • 2 Teaspoons of Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon of Cinnamon

To begin, preheat your oven to 350 degrees and grease a donut pan. Then, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in one bowl and the eggs, honey, almond milk, vanilla extract, and coconut oil in another. Slowly mix in the wet ingredients to the dry ones and pour them into a resealable plastic bag, cut off one of the corners, and pipe the batter into the donut holes.

While the donuts bake for about 10 minutes, mix together the melted butter, cinnamon, and sugar to coat the donuts in once they’re done. After they’ve baked, remove them from the pans and pat them dry with paper towels. Let them cool for a few minutes before you coat them in the cinnamon sugar mix, and serve them warm or save them for tomorrow!
