Lobster and shrimp baked with cheese and served over a bed of hot, buttered noodles.

  • 10 oz. lobster (or monkfish), bite size pieces
  • 10 oz. shrimp, medium size
  • 6 Tbs. butter
  • 2 Tbs. green peeper, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp. grated onion
  • 1/4 C. pimentos, chopped
  • 2 C. light cream
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire
  • 6 Tbs. flour
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 C. grated cheddar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 Tbs. parsley, chopped

Sauté lobster, shrimp, green pepper, onion and pimentos in butter for 5 minutes. Add 1 1/2 C. cream and Worcestershire; mix well. Combine flour and 1/2 C. cream; blend and add to seafood mixture. Cook, stirring constantly, over low heat until thickened. Add mustard, cheese, salt, pepper and parsley. Cook over low heat until cheese is melted stirring occasionally. Serve over buttered noodles.
