  • 3 large bananas
  • 1/2 C. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 C.plain yogurt
  • 1 T. lemon juice
  • Toppings:
  • 1 C. chocolate sprinkles
  • 1 banana, chopped

Begin by slicing a banana and placing the pieces on a baking sheet. Cover with waxed paper and freeze until solid. This may take up to an hour. Now combine the frozen bananas, sugar, and cinnamon in a food processor; until smooth. Then, combine the yogurt and lemon juice. Process until mixture becomes smooth and creamy. Allow to harden in the freezer for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, in a bowl place banana slices and drizzle the chocolate sprinkles. Top it off with the banana frozen yogurt.
