Yogurt has a similar consistency to the ice cream that you probably reach for when you’re stressed, minus all the calories. If you want to up the health benefits even more, use a fruit yogurt!

  • 1 large bag of mini pretzels
  • 5 cups of confectioners’ sugar
  • 2 cups of vanilla yogurt
  • ½ cup of chocolate, melted
  • ½ cup of caramel, melted

As the oven preheats to 250 degrees, blend together the sugar and yogurt in a large bowl. Once this is well mixed, dip the pretzels into the yogurt mixture until completed coated then place onto a baking sheet. Next, turn off the oven, place the pretzels inside and leave the door slightly open for 3 hours. Once the yogurt coating has hardened, drizzle the melted chocolate and caramel on top. Serve and enjoy!
