Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 bananas, mashed
  • 2 zucchinis, grated and dried
  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • ⅓ cup of vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup of cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 jar of chocolate frosting

Directions

As the oven preheats to 350 degrees, mix together the bananas, zucchinis, flour, sugar, oil, eggs, cocoa powder, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla and salt in a large bowl. Stir the ingredients together until well combined then pour into a cupcake tin. Bake the cupcakes for 30 minutes and let cool before frosting. Serve and enjoy!
